We wanted to be the first to let you know that Moapa Valley Water District has a new payment provider. Xpress Bill Pay is the premier local government and service district payment provider.
The switch was made to provide you with many new and enhanced features like full bill presentation, paperless billing, billing history, auto pay, stored payment info, email/text notifications, and many more.

You will need to visit the site to establish an account. If you had recurring payments (Auto Pay) setup with the districts previous provider (Payclix) your auto pay will be automatically cancelled after the January. If you were previously signed up for paperless billing, you will need to re-establish this by creating an account and opting in for paperless billing.
